Xinyi Liu
Owner
Xinyi surveys every house, writes every plan and is on site for the fishing and the inspection.
Liu Electric is six people in Fairmount. We take on old brick houses in Philadelphia and the towns around it, and we do one kind of job: new wiring in walls that are already finished. Xinyi walks the house before anyone prices it, because the sheet she draws is what the price rests on.
What she does
- Fishing cable through lath and plaster
- Knob-and-tube and cloth cable replacement
- Fuse box to breaker panel
